Long Island Ice Tee

“The drink has a much higher alcohol concentration (approximately 22 percent) than most highball drinks due to the relatively small amount of mixer. Simple Margarita

“According to cocktail historian David Wondrich, the margarita is merely a popular Mexican and American drink, the Daisy (margarita is Spanish for "daisy"), remade with tequila instead of brandy, which became popular during Prohibition as people drifted over the border for alcohol. There is an account from 1936 of Iowa newspaper editor James Graham finding such a cocktail in Tijuana, years before any of the other margarita "creation myths".”

Ingredients:
  • 6 cl Satryna Blanco
  • 2 cl Fresh lime juice
  • 2 cl Triple sec
Preparation:

Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass rimmed with salt.

Ingredients:
  • 60ml/2oz Satryna Reposado
  • 10ml/0.33oz Jamaican Overproof Rum
  • 30ml/1oz Lime Juice
  • 10/0.33oz Orgeat
  • 7,5ml/0.25oz Agave Syrup
  • 7,5ml/0.25oz Triple Sec
  • 1/3 Prickly pear (diced)
Preparation:

Muddle fruit in shaker, add all ingredients, shake with cubes, double strain over crushed ice. Garnish.

Ingredients:
  • 50 ml Satryna Roposado
  • 25 ml fresh organic lime juice
  • 15 ml honey syrup homemade
  • 10 ml elderflower liqueur
Preparation:

Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice give it a good shakey-wakey double strain into a chilled glass garnish with elderflower and a dehydrated lime.

AA Fashioned

“This cocktail is a take on the Oaxaca old fashioned with a modifyer added in form of amaretto.”

Ingredients:
  • 45 ml Satryna Reposado
  • 15 ml mezcal
  • 1 bsp amaretto
  • 1 bsp agavesirup
  • dash angostura bitters
  • pinch smoked salt
Preparation:

Pour all ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice stir until perfect illution is reached strain into a chilled glass with a rock of ice garnish with a torched orange and a cocktail pick.

Ingredients:
  • 30 ml Satryna Blanco
  • 15 ml mezcal
  • 15 ml grapefruit liqueur
  • 15 ml fresh organic lime juice
  • grapefruit tonic @swedishtonic
Preparation:

Add first four ingredients to a shaker / all ingredients except the tonic, fill with ice and give it a quick shake, double strain into a chilled glass with a spear of clear ice and top with grapefruit tonic. Garnish with a flower, dehydrated grape and sip with a glass straw.

Ingredients:
  • 50 ml Satryna Reposado
  • 25 ml fresh organic lime juice
  • 15 ml pamplemousse rose
  • 15 ml ginger liqueur
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup

  • Organic unsweetened coconut milk
  • Organic coconut sorbet
  • 50 ml Satryna Blanco
  • Lime juice
  • Cardamom bitters
Preparation:

Shake the ingredients with plenty of ice, double strain, and pour it into a coconut shel.

"Split base of mezcal and tequila, pairred with lime, watermelon and gomme, serving this super delicious sip."

Ingredients:
  • 20 ml mezcal
  • 20 ml Satryna Blanco
  • 20 ml fresh organic lime juice
  • 15 ml gomme
  • fresh watermelon
Preparation:

Add watermelon to a shaker (around 3 table spoons in dices) and give it a muddle. Add the rest of the ingredients, together with ice, give it a good shake, double strain into a chilled glass with a rock of ice. Garnish with watermelon and lime peel.

Strawberry Sage Tequila Smash

“Strawberry Sage Tequila Smash is so delicious and light. The tequila and sherry together is amazing, adding in some sage and strawberries, this one is a must-make!”

Ingredients:
  • 1.25 oz Satryna Blanco
  • .50 oz Amontillado Sherry
  • Half a lemon, cut in slices or wedges
  • .50 oz lime juice
  • .50 oz simple syrup
  • 2 strawberries, sliced
  • 3 sage leaves
  • Tonic water
Preparation:

Combine berries and lemon in bottom of shaker. Muddle to combine. Add in lime juice, simple syrup, and sage leaves. Muddle the sage leaves with the berries slightly. Add in tequila and sherry with ice. Shake to combine and strain into a glass (with ice or not, up to you) Top with tonic water. Garnish with more sage, if desired.

Beetlejuice

Ingredients:
  • 1.25 oz. Satryna Anejo
  • 0.75 oz. Kina L'Aéro d'Or quinquina
  • 1 oz. Beet juice
  • 1 oz. Lime juice
  • 0.75 oz. Ginger simple syrup
  • 2 dashes celery bitters
  • Pinch of ground turmeric
Preparation:

Add beet juice, lime juice, syrup, and turmeric to blender with ice and blend until drink has a slightly chunky consistency. Add tequila, quinquina, and bitters and stir until consistency is smooth. Pour in rocks glass and garnish with a rosemary sprig.

Clasic Paloma

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Tequila (Satryna Blanco or Reposado)
  • 0.5 oz. Lime juice
  • 0.25 oz. Agave or honey syrup
  • Grapefruit soda
Preparation:

Add all ingredients besides soda to shaker with iceand shake. Strain into a Collins glass over a tallcube. Top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.

Ingredients:
  • 60ml Satryna Reposado
  • 30ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 20ml Homemade Hibiscus Syrup
  • A few slices of Jalapeño
  • Pinch of salt
Preparation:

Shake the ingredients with plenty of ice, double strain, and pour it into a coconut shel. Garnish with red kiwifruit, jalapeño and flowers.

The Mexican Marriage

“Lovely mezcal/tequila base paired with grapefruit and pink pepper served up on crushed ice.”

Ingredients:
  • 30 ml mezcal
  • 30 ml Satryna Blanco
  • 60 ml fresh organic grape juice
  • 10 ml pink pepper syrup
  • 10 ml grapefruit liqueur
Preparation:

Add all ingredients to a shaker, and fill it up with crushed ice shake it up dump into a chilled glass top with more crushed ice garnish with dehydrated grape spring of mint pink pepper and enjoy with a glass straw.

Preparation:

Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice and strain into an ice filled glass.

Smoky Habanero Mango Margarita

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. Satryna Blanco
  • 1 oz. Triple Sec
  • 25 oz. Mezcal
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 2 oz. Mango Nectar (or Orange Juice if you prefer)
  • 2 dashes of tabasco Habanero Hot Sauce
Preparation:

Rim the glass with Kosher Salt. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice filled glass and enjoy.

Spicy With Tequila

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Satryna Blanco
  • 1 oz. Lime juice
  • 0.5 oz. Green Chartreuse
  • 0.5 oz. Agave nectar
  • 10-12 mint leaves
  • 2 dashes habanero tincture
Preparation:

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into a Collins glass with crushed ice. Garnish with tajin powder and 2 sprigs of mint and serve.

  • 1 1/2 oz Satryna Blanco

Verdarita

“Cool with aloe, cucumber, and mint and complemented by a spicy salt rim, this margarita ticks all the boxes!”

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Satryna Blanco
  • 1/2 oz Chareau aloe liqueur
  • 3/4 oz lime
  • 1/2 oz agave (or to taste)
  • couple chunks cucumber
  • handful of fresh mint
  • Tiny pinch salt
  • Garnish: tajin, fresh mint, cucumber, lime
Preparation:

Muddle cucumber and mint with tiny pinch of salt. Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain over fresh ice and garnish.

  • 20ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml Fresh Blood Orange Juice

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Satryna Reposado
  • 1 oz trash cordial
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • dash agave
  • tiny pinch salt
  • 1/2 oz Campari
Preparation:

Garnish: lime, straw, salted rim
Shake all except Campari and pour over crushed ice. Drizzle Campari over and garnish.

Skinny Blackberry Tequila Mojito

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Satryna Blanco
  • 6 mint leaves, plus additional for garnish
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice, plus additional
  • lime wedge for garnish
  • Lacroix Sparkling Berry water
Preparation:

In double old fashioned glass, muddle mint and lime juice until mint is lightly crushed. Add tequila and stir until well combined. Fill glass with ice; top drink off with sparkling berry water. Garnish with additional mint, lime wedge and blackberries, if desired, and enjoy!

Tequila Cucumis Mule

Ingredients:
  • 4cl Satryna Blanco
  • 1 dash Chartreuse
  • 2cl Selfmade cucumber water
  • 2cl Fresh lemon juice
  • Gingerbeer on top
Recipe for cucumber water:
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 cl vodka
  • 2 sugar syrup
  • 1 stalk of mint
  • 2 cl lime juice
Preparation:

Add all ingredients into a shaker along with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a glass..enjoy!

  • 45ml fresh pineapple juice
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 20ml tarragon syrup

T Cocktail

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz pineapple-infused mezcal
  • 1 oz jalapeño infused with Satryna Blanco
  • 1/2 oz blue curaçao
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 1-2 barspoons ginger syrup, or to taste wee pinch of salt
Preparation:

Love Letter

Ingredients:
  • 50 ml Satryna Cristalino
  • 10 ml fresh mandarin juice
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 10 ml triple sec makrut leaves infused
  • Orange bitter and orange peel for the aroma
  • The love letter is from edible paper
Preparation:

Cristalino infused with ginger and nutmeg. Method: stir

Snowman

Ingredients:
  • 50 ml of Satryna Cristalino
  • 90 ml of almond milk
  • 15 ml of simple syrup
  • 20 ml of lime juice

“Bar spoon of peachyard’s vanilla and cinnamon infuse Sweet foam on the top made with miraculous foamer, a foamer made by botanicals, so the drink still vegan and healthy without white egg."

Preparation:

Mix the Cristalino, sugar, lime and almond milk all together. Garnish its a vanilla bean, two edible flowers as a presents and the snow of the icing sugar! Cheers!

Sweet Flower

Ingredients:
  • 50ml Satryna Blanco
  • 15 ml strawberry liquor
  • 20 ml fresh orange juice
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • Top @campariuk & strawberry foam
For the foam:
  • 100 @ml of Campari
  • 30 ml of homemade strawberry syrup
  • 1 tsp of easy whip and whisk all together
Preparation:

Add all ingredients into a shaker along with ice and shake vigorously. Garnish with turmeric, orange and cristallyzed strawberry.
