Shipping Policy

Our delivery charges are calculated based on the weight and the destination address.
Your shipping cost can be worked out by simply pressing BUY NOW and going through the checkout process.

UK delivery

We have a next day delivery service for orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday. Except for Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & Northern Ireland where deliveries take two working days.
We have free delivery charges within the UK for orders of 2 bottles or more.


Delivery times will vary according to countries from 3 to 6 days.


Depending on the country we aim to deliver within 3 to 8 days anywhere in the world.

Duties & Taxes

For customers outside EU shipping prices will be subject to local sales taxes and duties upon arrival in your chosen country, which is levied at the time the package clears customs. Cstarina Holdings will not be liable for the payment of any duties and taxes or any other cost towards clearing your shipment.
Delivery times will change during bank holidays, national holidays and seasonal periods. We cannot accept liability for late delivery if caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Upon placing the order, you will receive email/SMS message giving you full tracking details from our delivery partners.

Returns Policy

As a valued customer we want you to be delighted with you purchase, which you should receive in immaculate condition.

We will aim to resolve any issues on a damaged/faulty order as quickly as possible, but we need you to contact us within 48hrs receiving the order. You must include detailed information and ideally photographic proof of the damage. We also require proof of purchase. Please email with the subject line RETURNS.

Our returns and exchange policy must meet the following conditions –

  • * Returns are made within 30 days from date of purchase.
  • * Your order was delivered in a faulty or damaged condition.
  • * Your order must have been made directly through not through 3rd party sellers.

If your parcel clearly shows signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery, it should not be accepted. Please ask the courier to return the goods to us. This only applies within the UK.

For other countries please accept the delivery, contact us immediately to advise us of the damaged order.

To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning, and ensuring the goods arrive safely. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days (including your shipping cost).

If you have not received your refund please contact us, bear in mind it may take some credit card companies more time to process and post the refund.

Cancellation Policy

If you live within the EU, our cancellation policy is 14 days under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013. Which governs all online shopping. Under the CCRs we are only able to refund unopened products, and subject to exceptions noted above. If you wish to make use of this right, please email with the subject line CANCELLATION UNDER CCR and we will send you a model cancellation form.

You must return the goods to us at your own cost no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us.


We can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. We are unable to replace bottles that have been opened or if they were purchased via third party sellers.

We regret we are unable to refund or exchange personalised bottles.
